Well here is my Mages new Transmog. Blue and gold really sexy the staff doesnt really match but Ehh its w.e no blue and gold staffs ik of.

Im confused. So apparently you can mog your helm to the engineering peices on your main even though you dont need engineering on the lower level? Reason I ask is because I was looking at reapur's mogs and saw the cogspinner goggles on and they require 340 engin. I thought that req stilll transferred over
