You could use the wowhead profiler tool for situations like this instead of a chardev. (example: Item Comparison Tool - World of Warcraft)

Been messing around with a level 10 warrior. Not quite complete. Need a few more pieces, but was starting to get some ideas for a transmog set.

Im confused. So apparently you can mog your helm to the engineering peices on your main even though you dont need engineering on the lower level? Reason I ask is because I was looking at reapur's mogs and saw the cogspinner goggles on and they require 340 engin. I thought that req stilll transferred over
