yes ally chest is also good but i dont have any allied race for ally plus apprentice robe gives out more damage and healing output, after i sub this account gonna trasfer my 120 to ally and get every allied race unlock and debate if i wanna go kul tiran or the new mech race

Fallen is BiS for like arcane mage only, it's the only glass cannon cloth caster that can actually burst someone down. I'd go xak xak for disc too.

Just a heads up, disc is getting a nerf in 8.3 incase you haven't seen that.

I would just grab some level 20 green of the aura 3 haste 5 vers and slap glove reinforcements on that.
