Dude, seriously. The graph you are presenting is literally going to help me prove my point. Thank you.
Your graph is insanely vague. It doesn't go into specifics at all. What you see is that men earns more on an annual income, correct. That is because men tend to sit on higher earning jobs. If you want a true statistic to back your claims, find one that compare the income of males and females performing the exact same task, under the exact same occupation and have the exact same educational background and experience. Then you will see that there is no gender pay gap. At all. And if you find a workplace that does have a wage gap despite these criteria, then you can rain trucking hell down upon them, because that's discrimination.
What you are presenting here is literally what so many bandwagons on, because, "oh hey, it's a statistic, so it must be true", when a lot of people need to really understand the underlining to said statistic in order for it to become valid. This is why it's so bloody easy to manipulate viewpoints.
This is Thomas Sowell debunking your claims in short 5 minutes going as far back as the 80s.
There are tons of updated data on the subject, but you are too focused on your biased viewpoint that you post the first statistic you find, or select one that will purposely back up your claims, when what you are really lacking is details. Details are important and shouldn't be overlooked.
Also, I am not saying that equality itself comes from Marxism. What I am saying is that the viewpoints of "equality" brought forward in the ideals that is presented in this topic is sprung from Marxism. The whole post-modernist, SJW mindset.
If I am going to break down the whole Marxism > post-modernism, then it'll be a whole book. A topic a lot of people has already covered, people who are way more well-versed than I am. So you can look that up.
So yeah... "so much for your stupid shit".
