Not that we should be discussing reasons of people being banned, but I will make an exception in this case as clearly banning someone without notification raised some questions.

As someone already pointed out, there was some really stupid things said inside the thread which couldn't just be deleted/infracted. This user needed a break from the site. The ban is not permanent.

Unnecessary/Duplicate Threads:
Any thread that does not positively contribute anything to the bracket, community, or site may be edited, moved, or removed at any time with or without reason and may result in an infraction at a minimum. Continuation of this offense may result in a permanent ban.

Signature Is Too large:
Any signature that does not confine to the appropriate dimensions given by the Twink Info Staff may be edited or removed at any time with or without reason and may result in an infraction at a minimum. Continuation of this offense may result in a permanent ban.

Using Inappropriate Language:
Any explicit language and or meaning contained in any signature, post, thread, or profile will result in an infraction at a minimum. Continuation of this offense may result in a permanent ban.

Trolling/Flaming:
Any trolling or disrespectful language and or meaning contained in any signature, post, thread, or profile will result in an infraction at a minimum. Continuation of this offense may result in a permanent ban.

Posting Prohibited Material:
Any discussion of actions taken upon an account by the Twink Info Staff or any discussion of anything against the rules given by Activision Blizzard will be removed with or without reason and will result in a ban at a minimum. Severity of this offense will result in a permanent ban.

Creating Multiple Accounts:
Every person is limited to only one Twink Info account. The creation of any additional account will result in a ban at minimum for the initial account and a permanent ban for the additional account. Continuation of this offense will result in an I.P. permanent ban.

Posting Graphic Material:
Any signature, post, thread, or profile that contains nudity, drugs and/or alcohol, or violence will be removed and the account that posted said content will be permanently banned. Continuation of this offense will result in an I.P. permanent ban.

Spamming:
Any signature, post, thread or profile that contains advertisement and/or spam will be removed and the account that posted said content will be permanently banned. Continuation of this offense will result in an I.P. permanent ban.

Racism:
Any signature, post, thread or profile that insults or disrespectfully refers to another country, nation and/or area will be removed and the owner of the account will receive an infraction at a. minimum. Continuation of this offence will result in permanent ban.

Insulting another Religion:
Any signature, post, thread or profile that insults or disrespectfully refers to another religion will be removed and the owner of the account will receive an infraction at a minimum. Continuation of this offence will result in a permanent ban.

Sexism:
Any signature, post, thread or profile that insults or disrespectfully refers to the opposite gender will be removed and the owner of the account will receive an infraction at a minimum. Continuation of this offence will result in permanent ban.

False Claim Of Death:
Any signature, post, thread or profile that falsely claims the death of another community member will be removed and the owner of the account will receive a permanent ban.

Patterned offenses of any kind may result in a ban or permanent ban. All disciplinary actions reflect the severity of the case.
