EU+US Thermohydratic Flippers

I see 19 twinks and 29 twinks running around Orgrimmar with this Thermohydratic Flippers buff from the Goblin starting zone... Even though there was a druid that had it and Goblin's can't even be druids.

Raf summon works to summon Out but not in, Cannot confirm warlock yet, Leveling a warlock to 40 there is proving to be challenging.

No you can't queue for dungeons or PvP while still on the island. You can however, do as the pandarian stayers do, and lvl by gathering herbs/ores. Will take a long time though
