Humans had Perception which was basically on-use improved stealth detection. Was pretty nifty on hunters and rogues to duck other stealthies.

Human hunters were introduced in Cata, so I guess it applies only to rogues.

There was no "F2P" during Vanilla, and BTW it started out as the 19-29 bracket. Undead was the best PvP race because Will of the Forsaken didn't share CDs with trinket.
