Just curious is the neck only good for ilevel and hoa items? Also how broken is it that you can solo Shadowlands raid at 60 since arent shadowland raids level 60

i only use the neck for "Non-SL" based chromie time content since they are superior

shadowland raids are level 60 yes and im not using azerite in those as azerite is disabled in SL content

How good or bad would a prot warrior do or is it just pali for absorb and heals

haha i have done 69 for twinking but 60 seems really cool, i have seen 61s as well. But will definatly give 60 a shot
