I nearly deleted this VOD just now and ended up listening to a few chunks of it and thought that its an interesting juxtaposition to where you guys are now and I couldn't bring myself to delete it. HUGE mood in this video haha.

Anyway regardless of this or that statement being right or wrong, right now seems to be a good time to remember the "why" of the twink cup, and not just the "how", hope anyone interested gives this a listen and reflects on it if they feel it's worthwhile.

There is a bunch of cool stuff most of which is not in my best interest to divulge as it involves some T2 and T1 esports businesses, but one cool thing that is happening that I'm allowed to share is that i'm on the planning and administrating team for an event called KephriiCon, Kephrii is one of the top OW streamers and frequently top 1-500 NA, he's a local. If you want to keep up with my activities just keep an eye on my twitter, some insane stuff will be going down in the next few months (@Conq_DC).

Oh and earlier this month I got to admin the Fortnite tournament at a local convention, Epic games was kind enough to supply us with custom match making ability so I'm one of the few people in the industry who don't actually work for Epic with experience in that.

As far as I know, these people are the top donators and have been maining 19s since the dawn of time.

A lot of people's passion for "competitive" twinking has been at 19, because that's where the competitive history lies, both within the players, as well as the organizers. There has been tournaments in other twink brackets as well, but not to the same grandeur obviously.

I wouldn't mind more, or bigger tournaments in other brackets, but I don't think it should happen on the premesis of removing TC from the 19 bracket and putting it somewhere else. 19 has just been extremely lucky to have these passionate individuals who makes TC possible at 19's. If other brackets had the same passionate people and interests, they would have their own TC naturally as well.

Three things I want to touch on here, but before hand I should say I don't disagree with the root of what you're saying, both 19s, and 29s should have large annual tournaments.

Though I do think any annual tournament should not be referred to as The Twink Cup, primarily for philosophical and marketing reasons.

1) Blackouts donation is actually money Livingforce and his brother put in.
2) Most on that list (substituting Blackout for Living and Magoo) has mained a bracket other 19s at one point, aside from possibly DetErMegJostein and Jeeroy.
3) Most competitive 19s have played at 20s, 24s, 29s, and 39s.

Yes, customers...
Customers are the people that visit the site not just ones that donate $$ my friend.
It is bad a business model to be beholden to a few whilst forgetting about the majority.
When someone offers a “cash prize with conditions”, such as it be for a 19’s only tournament that is their discretion. However, should the website want to flourish it shouldn’t be so discriminatory about website sponsored tournaments in the future.
Other brackets have just as “passionate” individuals as well. Like you, me and many others they just don’t donate $$ to this website.
