Isn't this season supposed to seed into the twwink cup? If so, it shouldn't be arena for s3.

I do not believe we have had a 3's tournament, it has generally been held to 2's.
One of the many "rules" is that there can be no healing specs on the team.
Now, whether or not this will be a 2's or 3's or even 5's, I do not know.

The arena part of TC15 was 3v3. And that's the way every arena tournament should be, 3's are generally the most balanced form of arenas.

Yeah, low-level arenas are not that fun from a viewer perspective; always the same comps and always the same few abilities. On the other hand, streams from the BG spectate AddOn are almost as horrible to watch.

Yes, most people know that 3's are widely recognized as the more balanced of the two. And that they make for much more dynamic teams and strategies. But 2v2 has been chosen for the "arena ladder" rankings because that is what is most popular. And when organized 2v2 games are played healers are not allowed.

They have not been, yet.

Doesn't seem to make any sense to me, what is the logic behind that? Are peoples attention spans too short to watch combs that don't kill another player in 0.1 seconds lol

I'm also in favor of having one more NWL season. I think it helps keep up the bracket's activity by keeping players active when normally they wouldn't be until a month or two before the TC.

why though, ppl will be hyping for TC which revolves around wsg, why specify the entire nwl on arenas then it doesnt make sense

I have no issue with a 3v3 tournament. I think it should still be done and is a great idea.

HOWEVER, the NWL season should focus on WSG. It keeps teams active, prepared and gives new viewers a chance to watch.

When we announce TC16, people interested will have competitive WSGs to watch. Duck (oh nice, we censor swear words too), maybe they'll even think they can beat us.

Im sure a majority of people who play in/watch the NWL are doing it for the WSG aspect, not level 19 3v3s. I understand wanting to maybe try something else, but that doesnt mean you should replace your main venue completely. I have nothing against a 3v3 tournament, ill donate if it is decided it will happen and there is a prize, but in all honesty no WSG would have a negative impact on the NWL.
