It would require race changing to goblin and getting summoned when you could. Or using GM trickery since the summon was fixed. (Goblin as the quests require it)

There are no defias bracers, it's chest, boots, legs, belt and gloves.

There are multiple builds available for rogues. Some may stack crit, some AP, etc. So you have a BiS Crit set, or a BiS whatever set. Currently the rogue meta strongly favours heavy AP.

The rogue meta is a lot of the times to kill the EFC. With heavy AP build it makes it a lot easier. Also with more agility you get more dodge. Hence why I like to stack AP.

It's debatable whether or not high AP at a loss of crit is worth it. Rogues are really only good for the opener on EFC. We don't know the fine point where it optimizes the two stats for the best burst on an opener.

RaF wont work but if a GM puts him there he can do the quests as goblin

Yeah, I did it when I was trying goblin to get some gear for my feral, but could not get goblin to work, two completely fresh goblins can't even summon eachother.
