So for those who don't know: as a side effect to black temple being introduced as a timewalking raid in 7.2.5, the original, none-timewalking version has also been buffed. All mobs and bosses have about 420% more health (even more if you have a larger raid) but seem to do about the same damage as before.
They've also reworked some of the mechanics. Unfortunately they've only been dumbed down and simplified. For example Gurtogg will only apply bleeds to one person in the raid, and Shahraz will now only launch people slightly into the air causing 0 fall damage.
We went into the raid and cleared it very easily with about 15 people. So just like before the patch you'll need much smaller groups to create challenge.
The highlight by far was the Illidan fight. Due to his much bigger healthpool we finally got to experience his demon phase. I'd say he was the only interesting fight in the entire raid, but that might change when we try to 5 man it next week.
A few people in our raid recorded the fights. We'll post them in this thread as they're rendered and uploaded.
If any other 70 twinks have attempted the new black temple please share your experiences and thoughts!
