The move against butchering gear suffixes

There are more than three suffixes. Maybe 6? I know of aurora, quickblade, decimator, impatient off he top of my head. But yes, ALL old suffixes (of agility, stam, strength, owl, monkey, etc) are getting rerolled to RANDOM legion suffixes. Hopefully everyone has good RNG and gets the secondary stats they need. If you have any GF'd UEBs like I do and dont want to risk them getting changed to shit, you can always throw them in a guild bank and wait for blizz to change suffixes again and pull them out. If that ever happens..

Second, the suffix database itself been altered. that is why all existing items got reboot retroactively.
Atleast it is as i see it.
If this is the case then putting it in guild bank wont help and they will change regardless first time you open you gbank tab

It was confirmed that it does infact still work, however if it will go live is another story

Confirmed is a long and overused word this days. most valuable items are soulbound already regardless.

Back then, the old UEBs were left unchanged, and gf'd....at that time. They've coexisted with the non-suffixed ones. From what I hear, on the PTR, all that gf'd stuff will become un-suffixed. In fact, AFAIK everything is getting un-suffixed, if it had "of the eagle/ of agility". The gf'd UEBS willl look just like the current ones.

Im saying that items have been changed thousands of times throughout wows existence and having the item in guild bank keeps it from being affected by the changez until you pull it out

I did a search of appropriate In Development forums, for Beta and PTR. There are no threads about Revelosh and only the one on UEBs.

It's 1pm, Friday in CA. idk if devs work through the weekend, but the low chance of being heard is only getting lower.

Looks like I’ll be moving 35 items with random stats to my void storage, I never thought blizzard would butcher these gf’d Items so quickly, (unearthed bands, archaedic stones, aquamarine signets, green lens, emissary cuffs, charged gears, revelosh shoulder, glove, boots etc..)

Here's another question: Are there any gf'd enchants on that stuff? They'll be gone if you put them in VS, right?.
Might be good to tell Blizz what you're having to consider, and to do. The community seems to be going down without a fight. This conversation might actually have an effect, if it were on the 8.0 PTR forum.

I never twinked extensively in higher brackets, never in the 40's or 50's bracket. Is there similar gear there? Ribsplitter seems to be an item, and it currently gets a suffix, right? There are the Naga-something pants from Zangamarsh, that get suffixes. Those never were a twink item, I expect, though.
