I play on AP because Swagpouch invited me wayyyy back in some random bg, and I haven't left since because of all the cool people I've gotten to play with. Couldn't care less about the not-so-cool people.

every realms have noobs and pros. AP just has alot of both kind of players. Although i am seeing more noobs recently, its still higher % of pros than any other server i believe

Well I think a permaban is a bit much, but we should let it be understood that it's completely impossible behaviour to ninja BiS gear that you can't even use from someone you know to be a fellow F2P player. And more so from someone in the same community. And even worse, to gloat about it.

I say maybe give him a chance, if only one. Don't misunderstand, I'm completely pissed off on behalf of the mage.

Thanks for your sympathy, Yde. But I have to agree with Purse, his taking of the item was no accident and hasn't done anything but gloated about it. No apologies, no nothing.

He tried to tell me that Mindthrust Bracers had a high drop chance and I could get them easily. He tried to take advantage of me because he thought I was new and didnt know any better. We dont need those kinds of players in AP.

As far as second chances go, he can make another character if he wants to come back to the community he can level and gear another character, make him feel it a little bit at least.

After thinking it over again I agree completely. Veinte emphasized again just how much he gloated, and then I imagined myself in your shoes, missing out on mindthrust because of such a CENSORED and now the only thing coming to mind is derogatory I can't write down because it's to vulgar.

...and I agree - to click a button once and laugh about it and later apologize is one thing - but to allegedly brag about it in chat after doesn't indicate remorse.

The ONLY downside to AP is AGM ... good luck trying to get that ..... though I would rather have good ppl to group with than a extra 120hp and shield ....

idd, cause an agm can only carry you so far, a full premade on the other hand...

Dare I say, it might be time... for The Culling of AP.

This has been needed lately. I'm very sorry for Lavaza losing out on MT but it also is a chance for AP to show what is and isn't acceptable. These are the kinds of things we need to ban people for.

And Thirk, I would agree to a certain extent. However, what you're implying is that every new member who joins must be trash, which is simply not true. Unfortunately, attracting 'scrubs' is just what happens when you are the most popular F2P realm solely because you attract the most new players in general.

A little off-topic: There needs to be another US Horde community. Stop being lazy and avoiding fishing!

Let me roll a toon on AP then premade in all of my bgs with 3 other healers then claim how we are the best players because we just beat a pug with a 5+ man premade*. Maybe if half the people from AP actually had to pug once in awhile their inflated ego and thinking they are superior because they win like 80% of their bgs may end*. Then maybe the people who have joined AP just to premade then troll every person they beat may leave since they aren't winning anymore.

I do not understand the reason all these people go to aerie peak realm. Sure its populated, but with it comes negative things. You get a large number of fail playeres that dont know how to play their own class, and you have the trolls/dicks that think they are good.

If you change fail players to new players and make trolls/dicks to just trolls I think everyone from AP would have agreed with the OP instead of the huge bashing from the AP gods that he has gotten
