Currently the only two which I know are obtainable would be Ogri’la (Shaartul Event Farm) and Battle Tabard of the Defilers (Arathi Basin Exalted)

27th Exalted Reputation

Zandalar Tribe

The majority of this reputation has been obtained whilst doing mount run lockouts twice a week. You can earn reputation by clearing Zul'Gurub (both trash and bosses and by handing in the Heart of Hakkar), destroying various Bijious at Yojamba Isle (75 reputation per turn in) and then using the reputation item from Bijous (50 reputation).

For twink players, this is one of the only ways to obtain a shoulder enchant (30 Attack Power/18 Spell Power) without having the Inscription profession. It's worthwhile to note that this enchant also requires that the player be above level 55 (so you could also get this in 50-59 bracket).

28th Exalted Reputation

Thorium Brotherhood

I host a regular Classic Raid run on Wednesday at 12ST (EU) clearing Molten Core/Blackwing Lair/Temple and Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj - this reputation is fairly straightforward, I obtained Exalted by handing in both Fiery and Lava Cores for 500 reputation per turn in. These items drop in Molten Core, on average around 10-15 per clear.

I've also been saving materials for Thunderfury and Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros. Let's hope for some lucky drops...

Awesome to see your progress man, I’ve been following it along with doing my own farming etc. to answer a question I remember you asking since I just got the point. I am a level 70 rogue and can tell you that there is 0% chance to get seeker @ 70 or 69 without a faction change (even then I’m not 100% sure) I have a quest log full of the last available quests I can do in the game and almost 2500 total done. GLHF and congrats on your achievements

Thank you for following the progress, I've got some big plans and achievements still to hunt. At the time of writing I'm currently 2644/3000 quests completed (only on Horde) and I still have quests to complete, I think it may be capped around 2700 so yes I think a faction change would be required.

29th Exalted Reputation

Darkmoon Faire

Most people do this reputation by doing the Darkmoon turn ins prior to handing in decks. There is a really useful thread on Wowhead explaining how to do this is much better detail than myself. After doing the initial stages it then requires a further 105 darkmoon deck turn ins. This can be level 60, 70 or 80 decks. I personally used Prism/Chaos/Undeath. I was also very fortunate to find willing players to let me hand in their decks on their behalf (you then just trade the trinket back).

30th Exalted Reputation

Shen'dralar

This reputation is removed in Cataclysm so if you are interested in doing it, now is the time to do so!

In order to complete this reputation you must hand in Libram of Protection / Libram of Rapidity / Libram of Focus. The materials required to complete the books are found in Scholomance, Stratholme and Blackrock Depths. The Librams themselves drop from mobs in Dire Maul.

I personally farmed Libram of Rapidity, as the Blood of Heroes materials are easily farmed in Eastern Plaguelands. This faction is probably the biggest time sink required for the "Insane" achievement, which I am actively doing once I have completed Bloodsail Buccaneers to Exalted.

After a few months of farming and with the help of a few friends I have managed to hunt and kill all of the rare spawns in both Outlands and Northrend!

In order to grind to Exalted you need a total of 1200 flag caps or 400 wins. However on "Call to Arms" weekends you get an additional +10 reputation per flag cap.

According to my in-game statistics I have played 412 games with a win percentage of 87% (360 Wins - 52 Losses).

So in order to do this achievement at 69 you need to complete all available in-game quests at this level and then do the daily quest "Drake Hunt" in Coldarra. I cannot recall exactly how many times I have done this quest but looking at a previous post update I did, I know that I have done it at least 97 times... Good luck!

Heads up, faction transferring actually removes quests you did for the opposing faction, so may not be possible to get 3000 straight neutral + faction quests. And if it is, it's probably with the alliance which means our progress is meh

I am tempted to faction change, however if I wanted to obtain the "Seeker" on a Horde only character, it's likely I would have to wait until Cataclysm with the change in zones (previous quests still count + new in-game quests).

Thank you, I've really invested a lot of time into this character.

Whilst cool due to no level requirement, quest reward greens are better from Borean Tundra/Howling Fjord

In order to swap from Scryer to Aldor you need to farm 1344 Dreadfang Venom Sacs... this was a painful grind, took a week.
