Finally hit 20 Exalted Reputations with my latest farm done with the Consortium!
How did I grind this one?
First of all I'd recommend running Mana Tombs until 5999/6000 Honored.
After this complete quests in Nagrand and Netherstorm. You should hopefully hit Revered at this stage or close to it.
Once you have done quests, start to dual farm Mag'har reputation and use the Obsidian Beads for Consortium. It's likely you will hit Exalted with Mag'har first so after this complete the repeatable quest "Another Heap of Ethereals" in Netherstorm. You can usually farm 30-40 badges every 15 minutes, so very efficient as 10 give 250 reputation per turn in!
How did I grind this one?

Brood of Nozdormu
Running AQ40 & AQ40 - Hand in Qiraji Lord's Insignia & Ancient Qiraji Artifact only once you hit 2999/3000 Neutral. At that point only certain bosses give you further reputation. The Insignia will give you +500 and the Artifact +1000.

The Sha'tar
Completing all quests throughout Outland rewards reputation with this faction. Now that flying mounts are usable below 70 you will have to run Arcatraz / Mechanar or Botanica. Because I did the quests route, I mainly focused on Botanica. A single clear on normal killing all trash awards 2200 reputation for non-human.

The only way to gain reputation with this faction before 70 is to farm Magister's Terrace on Normal. 26 runs later... (the title "of the Shattered Sun" is unobtainable before 70).
Also just hit over 4000 achievement points!

How did I do this?
First and foremost you need to be in a group for Ahune kill in the Slave Pens. As a 69 you can't actually "summon" the boss, but by being in the group you will get the kill credit. Unfortunately as I have found out the quest to obtain the Tabard requires level 75 (sadge as this would put me at 24/25 unique tabards obtained).
For the rest of the achievements, you will just require time and a flying mount. Obtaining the flames from the main cities can be tricky as guards are 6 levels higher and quickly overwhelm you. As you collect the flames you will have enough to purchase all the clothing items required for other achievements. Torch Juggler can be done in early morning/late night to avoid Dalaran lag.

The only way to get reputation with this faction is to kill Arakkoa, summon mini bosses or summon Terokk. This is all done in Skettis.
I personally farmed 84 time lost offerings. The summon for Terokk is 12-14 mins cooldown, so you are looking at an average of 2000 rep per hour. Good luck!
Unfortunately the tabard requires level 70 to equip.
