Tempest Keep Dungeons

I've seen bits of information thrown around but wanted a definitive answer:

What methods can be used to access the Tempest Keep dungeons on a 20? Preferably solo methods but any suggestions would be great. Wanting to solo Mechanar and Botanica.

Methods I know of so far:

1. Summon
2. Friend mount
3. Darkmoon Cannon + Glider (don't have the cannon toy yet..)
