So I want to start rushing tbc dungeons to get gear, but I dont have any friends who plays wow.
What should I do, is there any other way?

Get yourself a second account and buy a boost. Your hobby will still be a quarter as cheap as golfing once a month.

If you have a Hunter with Bramble, you can solo most dungeons your level, just make sure to turn on Pet Taunt and bring as many consumables/food as you can. You can also hit up a few quests for Gem Slot gear:
