Tarantula Sash for a Pally?

Hey guys. I recently got my hands on a Shadowfang and now I'm curious if it would be worth having a Tarantula Silk Sash on a Pally. I know it is a cloth item and doesn't offer nothing much more than 8 stam but is this worth the cash for a pally?
