Right anyone have any idea how I could get my talbar mantle back on my priest? I deleted it about 1 year or 2 ago! And yes I am thick as shit for doing so.

anyway I've ticketed GM's and begged / pleaded. Is there any other way of getting it back? Maybe a online help form? Instead of ticketing through the game? Or is it the same thing?

LOL, that is a classic GM response.

Online support only usually see things from a customer support angle, like billing and technical issues. Your best bet would probably be to make a ticket that would get escalated into a higher group of GMs, like requesting a name release on a certain realm, then asking them to take a look at your issue on the side when you're chatting to them.

Tickets like these are just addressed by regular GMs who deal with normal issues and don't really take the extra mile in trying to get your issue resolved.
