Yes, those are all ifs. If all of those things happen. Of course if you neither have it on another character, nor have a DK, then you won't be able to. The same applies to there being a tabard tab, and it being available to F2P, and there being no level requirement. A lot of ifs before it becomes a reality.

In cataclysm I remmember so much F2P Trial accounts lvl 20 with the tabard, so they in the time can go inside the dungeon, or that was in the MoP?

I think it was Cata, cuz I think the dungeon rework happened in Mop when they added the Hc versions of Scarlet Halls / Scarlet Monastery.
