Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade

I noticed there was a new drop source. It also appears when you hover over someone's tabard on the armory.

Could this tabard have possibly returned in 5.3?

last time i checked it required lvl23 to enter.

cant straight enter either side. cant use a 90 or 24 to enter first then a 20 follow.

Theres a way to supposably access the original instance, because there were pandaren with the tabard, and by all rights they shouldnt have it. Although someone could have race changed the guy in the comment section claims otherwise

I honestly didn't catch his name before he disappeared, but I was under the impression that Monks - created in MoP - shouldn't be able to get this tabard? On Kazzak-EU. EDIT: Figured it out. Apparently there was a bug during the Halloween event that allowed you to get through to the old bosses and kill them. (With the spawning iniates.) Anyhow, i think they revamped SM again in pandaria, so i doubt this trick is bug is there anymore. But it is interesting to think that actual instances are left over and "running" even if we cant access them by conventional means.
The tabard has been added back to the bosses loot table so it is once again. Although GF'd for trials. Glad i picked mine up when i had the chance.

I fondly remember some F2P runs with you, Twinko, Ambasador, Kirkala, Sabe, maybe others.

Miss that, such a shame to raise the entry requirement. Who cares if a lowbie wanders into an instance anyway! D:

I've heard Gnomeregan is kinda easy and well, Scarlet Monastery is/was way cooler
