Cos for some reason it's not in the loot table for hunters. So you need to trigger legacy loot rules, grating 2 items per boss from full table. Take some preparations, like ooze and frodo ring for stealth, ask buddy to logout so all loot will be yours, and push.

Is the Logout part necessary? Without a high lvl friend, I may need to ask some random high lvl players to help me out. Most likely I can only ask them to enter the dungeon, leave and stay in the group for a while. Is leaving the dungeon enough for me to get all the loots?

And, is the Legacy Loot mode on for 1 instance run only? If I have bad luck in a single run, does it mean i need to bother the random high lvl helper again and ask him to enter the dungeon again?

My guess is that it involved making a fresh evoker and waiting 30+ days, then accepting the prompt to port to your main city and get the gear upgrade.

Or had something to do with porting an evoker over from the MoP remix event.

nah, i believe you needed to create an evoker when they still started as a higher lvl (back when df was current content), and only play after tww was out, this way you had a lvl 10 evoker with unsquished gear
