Strength proc or haste proc?

On my DK, in frost I am running flurry and truncheon. Crusader stacks, so it does give some juicy strength, but there is a rune for speed? Increases movement speed, and when you get a killing blow gives 10% haste and more speed, just wondering if i should run that and a crusader or keep the dual crusaders. FYI, with both of those weapons procced i had 51% haste in DnD, so heroism and this would put me at 90% in probably only pve situations, but the fast attack speed is nice. Currently my strength procs to 304? I think, but its not like i dont have str. Here he is, just lmk

First of all that is a sick transmog.

Secondly I'm not sure what are the numbers on crusader but I don't remember them being so strong they become more valuable than runes.
On Frost DK I'd say go for dual-wielding with double https://www.wowhead.com/spell=62158/rune-of-the-stoneskin-gargoyle.

We don't have consistent enough damage to really make use of procs as a Frost DK since our rotation is fairly slow and we lack a lot of buttons/tools to generate runic power.
Having this reliable 10% extra Strength can mean an easy extra 17-20 Strength on a well-geared DK depending on your trinkets. Looking at yours I'd also say forget about those stat proccing trinkets as mot of the proc will go to waste anyways. Grab yourself a "stat stick" trinket like an https://www.wowhead.com/item=136978/ember-of-nullification or a https://www.wowhead.com/item=77530/ghost-iron-dragonling and an on use trinket you can make the most out of whenever you want like an https://www.wowhead.com/item=110017/enforcers-stun-grenade, a https://www.wowhead.com/item=38081/scarab-of-isanoth or even https://www.wowhead.com/item=108902/armored-elekk-tusk if you feel like it.
Special mention to https://www.wowhead.com/item=37220/essence-of-gossamer which is a very solid tool for soloing as Frost.

As a whole you're better off having reliable sources of damage since you can't really make use of proc reliably. With that in mind dual stoneskin is the best option.

Sure but it won't help you much haha. I only played this toon for the guide.

I do have my DF DK for which I had a few socketed pieces but I haven't focused on gearing him so much, I mostly RP with him anyways.

That said if you go dual wield (either https://www.wowhead.com/item=27901/blackout-truncheon and a socketed https://www.wowhead.com/item=119400/rugged-crystal-cudgel or two socketed https://www.wowhead.com/item=119400/rugged-crystal-cudgel depending on what you prefer) and dual https://www.wowhead.com/spell=62158/rune-of-the-stoneskin-gargoyle you're pretty solid.

For secondaries you do are a bit low on versa, maybe replace your https://www.wowhead.com/item=28167/shatari-wrought-armguards and think about a https://www.wowhead.com/item=77530/ghost-iron-dragonling. Also as I said https://www.wowhead.com/item=110017/enforcers-stun-grenade, https://www.wowhead.com/item=136978/ember-of-nullification and https://www.wowhead.com/item=37220/essence-of-gossamer are solid choices but any on-use trinket that scales decently will work and if you have an old socketed trinket / BFA rare proc you should give it a go.

A a side note the TW version of https://www.wowhead.com/item=13515/ramsteins-lightning-bolts is quite solid. On my warrior it was around 500 nature AoE damage on a 1 minute cooldown, affected by versatility and can crit. Even in single target scenarios it's around 10 extra DPS even without taking into consideration the crit so it's really not bad.

I will link some of the other trinks i have, one is str and has an attack for like 400 physical and 300 fire and does knockup, its a nice attack. Ill def check out that mace, and wrists and cloak are on schedule to replace. A ring also, but mostly for pvp and solo pve on the ring

crusader procs for 33 str, and heals for like 115? or something like that. so dual procs gives 70-80 str, and im getting procs often. but stacking all these procs is kinda annoying, think im gonna go for crusader/garg, since i have a crap ton of haste. that, or drop some sl gems. idk, but i keep a pretty steady supply of runic power with runic attenuation, plus my gc is really short

heres the trinket:https://www.wowhead.com/item=200868/integrated-primal-fire
got a crap ton more, but might try to get DM trink since it has 8 str

Two things :

- Honestly the damage isn't bad but as a raw damage proc https://www.wowhead.com/item=13515/ramsteins-lightning-bolts is better in single-target due to it's shorter cooldown. The strength is nice though. I'm not sure there is a lot of damage-dealing strength trinkets that hit harder, this is a solid choice.

- I'd assume the knockout works functionnaly as an interrupt, correct me if I'm wrong. Does it work on bosses as well ? Now to be fair even if it doesn't, having this fairly reliable interrupt is great value.

That seems like a solid trinket all things considered.

The DM one seems decent, the proc is a versa one if memory serves and it's always useful if only for the extra damage reduction. It could be quite useful as well but if you want versa I'd go with https://www.wowhead.com/item=110017/enforcers-stun-grenade as, while it doesn't have any strength, the sheer amount of versatility somehow makes up for it, especially on a char with low versa such as yours (that would save you some farming haha).
