Streaming Mage/Rogue High rated 70 Arena

Hey, nice Stream there, but i have some Questions ;)

1: do i need a Prem/Membership Acc to Stream in Good Quality on Twitch?
2:What Internet Connection do you have? I Tryd X-fire Streaming but it laggs so much, i have a good PC, and a DSL 16000 Connection, is it enough?

I have a membership with Xsplit that makes the quality abit better, your connection is not that important, you just might have to turn your quality down abit, if i were you i would try with different qualities and find something inbetween so, you dont get 2 much lag and still a decent quality
