Spirit Beast for low level hunters

Just a heads up: you can now tame a spirit beast earlier than the previous minimum level requirement of 74.

It's a lightning fox called Lightning Paw that spawns in Duskwood.
I'm currently unsure of it's level. When I found it on my level 70 hunter it was level 70, which means that it's highly likely that it scales with your level (since i find it unlikely that it's a level 70 mob in duskwood). But even if it does scale to your level it might have a minimum level like Broken Isles mobs.

It can be found in stealth inside bushes that have the blinking eye animation:

But keep an eye on the wowhead comments where people are slowly discovering more known locations and other useful info on how to find it.

It has Spirit Mend and Spirit Walk just like the other spirit beasts.

Does anyone know if it scales down to lvl 20? One of the Wowhead comments was a lvl 25 dude that tamed it but a lot of the mobs in Duskwood are like lvl 21 - 25ish, so they're just over lvl 20.

The abilities linked seem to require level 20. Purely based on assumption and no facts, I would think maybe 20 is the lowest. If it does indeed scale lower, they may not be able to use the abilities.

I will head out and find out how low they scale on my 10 Hunter tonight if I get a chance. Unfortunately it's too late for him since Blizz decided it'd be a great idea to remove Tame Pet from 10's, because reasons.

100% confirmed that it does scale to your character level thanks to a screenshot in wowhead comments.
We still don't know if it has a minimum level though.

Don't feel too bad. I don't think it would learn to heal before level 20 anyway.

I'm not tbh, I knew it was happening before hand and literally spent 2 weeks Taming every Pet type in WoW that a Level 10 can, including all Rares and Named. My Stable is almost completely full on Gringotts so it's all good.

There is also http://www.wowhead.com/npc=34982/emerald-spirit that my 29 hunter uses. Gotta be at least level 25 to tame one, it looks pretty cool to me honestly. And it's a bird, so that is nice too.
