EU+US Spellthread Enchants on BoA?

How are people enchanting these BoA shoulder/legs?

Enchant on main. mail to your alt.

The items are
Rugged Spaulders - enchanted w/ int and crit spellthread
Leggings of the fang - spell power and vers.

Both are BoA, and both have spellthread enchants on them.

It's a well know exploit that you can find with a minimal time searching

Though you aren't asking about BoA gear, for the record.

BoA= bind on account = heirlooms and other items you can mail to other characters in your bnet account but no one else.

You probably mean BoP (bind on pickup) like leggings of the fang. those can't be mailed or traded at all.
