It's likely skirmishes will be 20-29 too if the bracket changed, as Holinka said skirmishes and BGs act the same way in the subject of xp.

meh skirmishes are much less pianful then bgs if u run into a 24 made.

bgs get farmed skirms its over in a few secs. then u can que again .

when bracket goes 20-29 bracket will not be balanced...far from that

there are alot of game breaking and class making spells at 25+ and glyphs. i level players alot in BGs, turn off XP at 20, gear them up, mild enchants on BOEs, turn on XP and start leveling. just did this with a disco priest (now at 50) and level 25-26 is was quit noticeable when i gained

Dispel Magic - Spell - World of Warcraft very powerful
Renew - Spell - World of Warcraft was removed from 15-19s
Glyph of Reflective Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft also tried penance on the move, inner armor buff, and absorb 20% heal. reflective was best imo

with those 3 my disco priest became a serious killing and healing machine.

do a combo , get it , stealth up , see efc, savage roar(doesnt gett you outta stealth, pwn.
