how are those xp-on games working for you?

If I was playing my account w/o time and my xp on then i'd lvl to 20 through pvp and my xp would auto lock and i'd be in 20-29 bracket as a 20. My xp is off on my 19.

He was saying that if you did that on your 19 with no game time you would level up to 20 and not have a 19 anymore..

When you run out of gametime any character under 20 with it's xp locked gets it UNLOCKED.

We already know most 29's are pretty bad, their choice of class/spec only reconfirms this.

I like it just for the fact that you can make a competitive character, of basically any class, in a few hours.

Leveling is one thing, but getting gear is another. Getting truly great gear for a level at 20 is a bit more difficult that at level 29.
Since scaling has taken place over a year ago in 5.2(yes, five patches ago), I have not played a level 20+ twink on a regular basis. You may even say I was a "Vet before there were Vets". I simply get more enjoyment out of playing a level 20.
To answer the OPs question, the classes that I play really do not require level 29 to excel. In battlegrounds, my level 20's stats come close to meeting or even beating a level 29's. And that level 29 can not partake in any of the fun "level twenty only" games that we are always having each weekend.
