Up arms/fury warrior and ret pally damage, lower holy shock damage by around 30%, and maybe.

It is by far better then cata assuming Holy shock gets nerfed(It's broken at all levels and their is a high probability it will be). Still some work to do though.

Not at all. There are lots of healers playing so games are more centered around longer, strategic fights with FC's going to 5+ stacks nearly every game. I've only had maybe 1 or 2 bad games.

The heals are so high that even if you do bunch of mistakes it barely affects you.

Edit: Games can still be fun, but for now a few abilities are broken and that makes it worse than Cataclysm.

Well, personally its not something that I like very much. The fact that you have to wait for stacks before you can even think of killing the EFC destroys the intercepting strategies of the game. It just feels like getting across mid is too easy.

CC has become more important, you can't just burst an FC down anymore. Landing kills on the fc at low stacks requires a lot more coordination right now which pugs generally lack.

True, but an other 10-15% healing reduction wouldnt hurt

Moonkin need nerfed. Rejuv ticks for too high an amount, so they can just DPS like crazy and toss themselves the occasional HoT and they never die unless 4 or so people are on them. On top of that, theres 3-4 Moonkin queing on Horde every match it seems, so its practically impossible to kill any of them.

I feel my QQ is well justifiable when any druid in the game can go completely 100% untouched by melee dps by utilizing this ridiculous maneuver.
