Thanks for the great words of encouragement. Im working on recruitment on my server but tbh I dont see it happening and I really dont think Transferring would be a right choice for me. For now you will see me in Games most likely solo queuing sometimes I will be in the company of Pixxii but that is a rare occasion.

It's alight buddy... Recruiting is slow for EVERY guild right now... even one that's been around for seven years like my guild has. Ive gotten PLENTY of new 19s, the issue is keeping activity and getting everyone on. Since endgame right now is such a task, 19s are swarmed with FOTM classes I can see why getting 5+ guildies on at the same time can be challenging.
Simply put I am a casual player. I work all day and then I get on at night for 3-10 games and then I go do something else. Not many people will even solo queue for more than 3 games because these days you almost gotta have a group to win in pugs.
With that being said I'm a part of something sort of like a guild only it's stretched over multiple servers. Eliot, myself and Apnea queue up every once in a while to switch games, get some honor for some fun wins and in some cases practice jumps and have a little bit of fun by being ridiculous (wearing burgy hats etc)
Not many guilds are premade ready right now simply because there are SO many different active players right now (more than I would say there were in Cata) however they have not consolidated into one guild per server like they did in Cata. It's only a matter of time before they start their own guilds, draw members and we'll have several guilds ready for premades.
In the mean time though, pugs are still extremely fun and since most guilds lack a select core group, they in turn lack identity and therefore have no need to prove themselves amongst another guild that does not have their own identity either. Premades started out as one gang challenging another gang, but if there are no gangs at the moment to exist, you can see why there is a lack of premades.
Just hold in there, keep queueing, don't quit :3

I pretty much solo EFC 9/10 times on 1-2 stacks so yeah, I'd AFK too if ally saw me with my op Apple Mace

Actually it's rather the fact that I know it's not true than lack of trust.
You returned 179 flags in 479 wsg's. You lost more than half of your wsg's. How did that happen when you solo the efc 9/10 times?

seen f2ps pick up flag with 664 hp, dont think it goes much lower than that tho

Must admit it does annoy me when certain classes beeline to the flag, just because of their speed buff. If you are picking up the flag with the intention of being a successful carrier, nothing wrong there... But those Cap-happy flagsters who fail hard and don't care.... I put them in the same bracket as the druids and rogues who sprint to the sprint buff at start.... crazy fools!

It doesn't sound fair to me that someone never gets the boots / beserk just because their class doesn't have an innate movement speed increase.
