chance on crit strikes(45%) to increase 178 agility for 25 seconds(231 agility if you are sub, so 462 AP on demand). easily BiS considering how often rogues crit...

on use to increase 223 str.

10% chance to restore around 1267 mana (267+spell power, so i am assuming you have 1000 spell power) no internal cool down...this would be BiS if not nerfed.

on use to increase 223 agi.

they are in fact BiS for some lower brackets too, so if you have a 39/44/49/54/59/60/64/69 twink, you might as well get them once the servers up!
