US So 39's... Who wants to play the "new" 19 bracket??

I don't think we'll see many, as a lot of old 29s also had 39s, and they'll probably just level those to SL 19 instead. One exception: 29s who want to swag their Deadman's Hands. I'm curious to see if the proc rates change.

I think the SL 19 will be the biggest twink bracket after the 10s/f2p.
More skills is probably more fun.
However 29s also sound real fun. 29s can do Wotlk raids cant they?.. and all other raids from wotlk and before. Legendary healing mace from Ulduar and shadowmourne.
If people have done the MOP legendary questline on a lvl 90 and are still lvl 90 perhaps they could use sha touched weapon also. However im not sure what the current lvl 90 will be in shadowlands.
What other things will be really powerfull?
Perhaps legion dungeon gear, im.sure there is so much im not thinking about.

10-19 is the only bracket without Whitemane/Spellfire sets. Until those set bonuses no longer work, I dont think any higher brackets will have any fun.

I think that as a general rule of thumb 19's will be the bracket with the most interest/support. As an old 39's player, this troubles me, but as a new SL 19's player, this excites me...

So upon further testing, I would NOT recommend lvling your 39's to 43/44. It won't hurt you if you did (I did with some of my 39's but not all), but it could make your character VERY susceptible to lvling. Currently on PTR, every character I copy over is 1 XP from lvling, so if you lvl to 43/44, you will need to have XP LOCKED before patch day to ensure you don't accidently lvl!
