Thanks man, I really appreciate the info! It seems that, as hunter, I'll have to make some keys to open these boxes.

Do you know what "lock picking level" these require or is it simply the item level (20)? I'm checking to see which blacksmithing keys would be easiest for me to make in bulk

I m using Large Seaforium Charge but there are many other, reinforced steel isn't too hard. If there is a guide here somewhere that lists all the ways to open boxes at 20 I would like to know too.

Seems like super rare world drop, just got the https://www.wowhead.com/item=10608/schematic-sniper-scope drop from Nefarian in BWL

I've gotten one from Nefarian, and one from an https://www.wowhead.com/item=10752/emerald-encrusted-chest. I opened about 900 of these. Only saw the sniper schematic once, and got about seven epics.
