I was watching a video earlier today... And I see these people slow fall which I cant comprehend. So what Im trying to say is... How?

Started trying this out lastnight. Could do some really cool stuff if you had swiftness pot or something. Fooled alot of people when i was in a sticky situation jumping off alli roof.

Ok it appears they only spawn on July 4th (Midsummer Fireworks night), New Years Eve.... or Brewfest as well?

So I guess Brewfest will be my chance to pick up this awesome thing.

whilst inconvenient, could be cool to summon a premade group there and pick up if these hadn't been prohibited by the opposing team.

Would just like to say they DO run out unfortunately. I got around 50 uses out of it so use them carefully

As far as i know it does not. ive used it 100s of times. The thing is it does run out but as soon as i go through a loading screen it creates another one in my inventory. i think that this is a bug
