Yeah I really stopped having fun. I was playing games every day for a few months, but was I having fun? No. Then again, I really stopped having fun in cata during the Raw Talent "of The Horde" title farmfest for their entire A team. It was more of a chore in the more recent months.
I mean the first night night of consecutive pops in god knows how long was HB on a warrior + ranged dps with healbots gy farming with the flag. Like what in the actual fuck has happened to our community? Not to mention the ddosing. After that nonsense all settled down, it became pure dominance out of group compositions where every game Ally would have 2 worgen resto druids, 2 balance druids and a feral. Pretty much all worgen actually. Group queue or not, queuing up at the same time as your friends all on top tier classes on the lower population faction, you're all going to get into the same game lmao. We all know this. People would whisper me "hey Horde needs a FC" and I'd have to log over to a toon with like 15 hours of /played time so we could actually grab a flag before the game was over. Every pug has been a skype vs no voice game.
And then as soon as we all became aware of how ridiculous ferals were/are and how nobody should play them, the entire bracket overnight rerolled feral. That kind of bs is why I'm REALLY not interested in 19s right now. Same scummy attitude that's run wild in 19s since cata. People just constantly rolling teams as hard as they can and shaming them out of requeuing. The best games I've been in this year and by far the most competitive ones were games where there were no Harvest or Skill Ratio players in the game. Those games were all by far more enjoyable.
Edit: Soon I'll be looking to queue up for some pugs in some free time (as I've been very busy with my irl career) and I truly hope things have improved in the more recent weeks.
