@Chipz48 Thanks and those Stats aren't terrible. It's the Proc that slows and the fact that Trinket CAN Proc 2x Sockets that I think has everyone foaming at the mouth right now.

I thought the 2x sockets was a wowhead 'glitch'

I can say as fact I never saw one with 2x Sockets back in Legion when I was camping ~20 Realms' AH for all my 101 Twinks, so I suppose you could be correct that it's a glitch.

No, Legion Epic BoE's are different from everything else in the Game. While all other "World drops" scale to your Level now, Legion Epics don't play by the same rules. As example, the floor is Level 7 and then we've found nothing else until Level 14. From 14 up we don't have enough info yet to say for certain if the lower Level range is static like 7/14/20/etc or whether there is some Character Level where it starts to scale to that Level PER Level.

EDIT: The Level 7 Legion Epics drop to Character Levels 1-10 confirmed. 11+ we're still uncertain of, then AT 14 they drop FOR 14, then again we don't know about 15-19, then AT 20 they drop FOR 20, etc.

So 252 Damage (iirc it doesn't scale with your Stats) how does that compare to a non-Crit Ability at 20?

It did in legion, my enh shaman got some serious damage out of this thing... their mastery then was crazy.
