Came across this rare mob while collecting transmogrify gear; Dr. Whitherlimb , he will debuff you with Withering Poison to give you an idea of size :
Spot me if you can

Warning !! you cannot cap while under the influence of this debuff .

Dr. Whitherlimb is located in Ghostlands , in one of four zigurats , you can check the map on wowhead , afaik he has around 2 hour respawn time.

This macro might come in handy when looking for him as you ride by the ziggurats :
/target Dr. Whitherlimb
/script SetRaidTarget("target", 8);

Now as NE its easy , as soon as my battleground pops I get the debuff from Dr. Whitherlimb , shadow meld, enter battleground , I can shrink myself for every battleground this way . Alternative would be to just run away till you loose aggro , careful there are many mobs in the area , though that shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

Same reason that people with LFH use burgys in bgs sometimes.. just to look different

My friend on AP; called Chaos had it everytime. Yes, you lose the debuff while dead.

I would gladly permanently exchange 5 stamina for smaller model size . Do not underestimate the increased elusiveness of being smaller

That's pretty lame you can no longer cap with this debuff.
This was really only useful for FCing.
