Hpally/shaman where amazing back when this was shot. Hpallys had good heals and NEVER oom + they have buff for another 10mp5 and LoH/Hammer
And shamans had very good heals and a AOE slow + were very mobile. what my guild used to do was Hero/Ganja/Dukker would ALWAYS be with each other. and me (the shaman) would always stick with sin becasue i am the only healer at 19 who can keep up with a druid.
5 man D vs BR 7 man offense. were they ran 3 hunters...... how many guilds would even play against that let alone 1-0 them and 2-0 them. not to mention Sin only died twice.
SYTL Defense was amazing im sorry but anyone who ever played with or against my old guild knows this.
sytl was only capped on TWICE in 17 premades both different games.... SYTL DEFENSE #1
I'm not trying to discredit it, you essentially built a good team. But hero(co-gm of be savage) was a primary part of your d in quite a few of the premades. Using the same logic your applied BSNE d #1 since we never lost under THAT specific guild tag. We Trinket War Stomp, being a different story all together. (Wtws still had a winning record tho...Just quite a few losses)
They didn't have an OUTSTANDING D, but it was VERY good. If they would of dropped seruka and a couple other players they would of been better than BSNE #1 gild world

I know Hero was a boss pally. why do you think i went to such lengths to recruit him. but saying hero was carriying our D is not true. Hero was a invalueable peice of my defense. but so was everyone. i NEVER ONCE asked hero for tips on how you guys ran shit in BSNE. Did everything myself. everyone knew what they where supposed to do and no one tried to over achieve just did their job and listened to me

H pally was pretty good at hard casting 2.5 sec heals, I guess the reason you'd never go oom is because you'd spend so much time running to catch up to the FC you would only cast a heal every 15 sec allowing for that non casting regen. But hey it's not like there's another way for you to play an Hpal on D or anything, Owait, just have it FC. Guess you just freed up a a spot for more O. And if that 10mp5 buff is that game breaking, you should start carrying drinks, because thats the only reason I could see it being that important. Any good D will be able to swap a healer out to go drink if needed.
Sham heals are pretty much in the same boat if I remember correctly, and I couldnt go oom on my sham if I tried in those days. Yeah AOE slow was good, you know if you were pugging and noone had a totem macro. Or if they didn't run an O Priest. A D sham means that your mage needs some help is all I can guess, maybe get a better one? Running your sham O would maximize his potential far more, and free up your priest for purely defensive dispels and help rogues with interrupts. If you need a speed boost to keep up with your FC it sounds like he's outrunning his heals to me. I have no idea what the premade rules were but I'm pretty sure speed pots would have also fixed that up for you.
Mage, two priests, pally FC and a hunt would have served you far better, put pressure back on the O, and given you non dispelable CC.
And rofl at BR, they ran Cruiz and Colmac. Those kids shouldn't get an A team spot even if they were GM.
Honestly the video shows it better than I could ever say, your D was dying all over the place, noone was clearing their O, just trying to peel for FC, pretty cool until all of your D gets caught with a 30 sec res and its lolSham heals and a Drood trying to book it with lolnospeed debuff. I guess the strat is good for PuGs, but yeah, that's about where this stands.

back then most Ds didn't run killing set ups. Who did you premade with?
I played against Dominate a few times, which is whos D set I was copying minus the Hunter. And tbh late BC through LK even PuGs were running Kiting setups if they had a few good players. I remember games lasting hours because EFC was a Pal who knew jumps and had a bag full of swift pots.

When exactly did wsg get ruined with time limit and debuffs? Seems like its been forever early wrath? I took a half a year back towards end of bc and the start of wrath so im not 100% sure when it all changed?
