    Why would level 19 twinks want to use statless gear?

    The only benefit would be level 1's (level 5s in some slots) who would definately take it because of immense amounts of armor...

    They should have made it ilevel 1, and without armor in the first place.
     
    because of the ilvl on the chest ... for Rune of Warding, and for druids



    I agree with the ilvl of 1 .. since these aren't "epic" skins like T3 .. I can't see any people complaining

    I think the quest to increase our professions skill will soon have a required level (that will not 1)...

    This is just a guess but you can expect anything.
     
    idk .. +5 skill 1 time per month that stops at level cap isn't game changing by any means. was hoping it would be exploitable, but it's not
