Considering it was the head of GM's that I dealt with earlier, those attempts will probably be futile. In a lot of cases regular GM's will go to their senior or supervisor GM to ask them if they can do something like this.

it would be a travesty if you don't get some sort of assistance with this issue. From what I understand blizzard are at fault for their lousy handling of your accounts security. Good luck man, I'm sure you are bound to find a staff member who can empathise.

This^, Sneaky, you're currently going at it ass-backwards. Try to target one of the foot soldiers to see if you can get them to spill the beans where a much higher ranked gm wouldn't.
