you can put one point in feral swiftness for +15% speed, but overall ferals will have ToT issues too

Ferals will have 15% base cat form speed, then they can choose either an extra 15% speed or feral charge. I don't foresee many ToT issues between 15% speed and a 15sec cd feral charge.
