the reason most world drop boes are rarely seen scaled for 19s is because theres no reason for a sub 20 to be in the zones most of them drop, else theyd probably pop up on random AHs just like items scaled for 29s usually do

Non mob specific Rare BoEs like twisted Sabre and night watch sword or whatever it’s called drop with level req ending in a 2 or 7 and are +8 ilvl ask me questions if you want me to clarify

I'm currently farming those mobs on my 19 rogue for this sword. Pickpocketing them first though and unlocking the boxes on my 39 rogue and sending back to my 19 rogue to loot. Might as well join in the BvB quest while i'm at it to make it less boring. I should be farming this sword on a 19 character right? The mobs show as level 20 for me.

What multiple are you giving vers here? Others commonly assume 1 agi = 2.5 vers. This still is 1 less agi than SF.

Also, I’m pretty confident that shadowbolt has a chance to proc both ele force and satyr.

Doesnt matter if 6 agi > 3 agi 5 vers, its really close anyways but twisted sabre is 3.7 DPS which makes it so much better than sf for mh

Shadowbolt CAN proc ele force and satyr, but since theyre rppm it wont INCREASE the amount of procs

Does Shadowfang even proc shadowbolt anymore? cant remember seing it proc in a while. maybe its bugged like scaled 39epics,or animation is removed or maybe im just blind

I’m running 2x Sf on my 19 rogue, and I see procs most fights, prob less if you’re only using one in your offhand though.
