It's the twink bracket, everything is allowed and taking advantage of pots etc like you used to do in Vanilla PvP makes it at least a little bit more challenging, managing all these items adds about 10 more keys you have to press.
But let's be honest here, Twink brackets have never been about Skill, just common sense and gear.. if you want challenging go play Arena on 120.
