As of today the 80 scrolls now actually give what they say, rather than the huge bugged increase they used to give.

Good news for people who don't play Shamans, I suppose.

I hear when you play your hunter you get random pug shamans that's don't know what purge is, confirm/deny lol

They do still work. I think it's 1800 hp? Anywho, I tried one today on my 24 stam prot pally. Had 8k hp after popping my trinket and battle standard. It was a sight to see!

Really pissed off some Hordie who made a level 1 to yell at me. I don't recommend the scrolls. Just used them twice so far for the fun of it.

u are able to apply them cuz they scale down, to 5sta if correctly scaled.

Scroll of Agility IX gives a level 90 100agi. According to Wowhead, it gives a level 21 11agi.

According to my agi stat in UI, it gave me 15agi.
According to the tool tip, it gave me 11... same as Wowhead says.

Either way... 15agi or 11agi > 100agi --- It's FIXED!! HELL YA!

They can still scroll, it just doesn't give nearly as much stat-wise.

Enchant scaling was on purpose, it's not going away.

jk, but bliz does a lot of things on purpose, in the name of "balance" — doesn't mean the effect on low-levels wasn't an unintentional mistake.

I put the IX stam on a lvling 30s earlier and got prob a 40% hp increase. Just started doing scrolls a few days ago on my lvler so not sure what they should give.

Shame these scrolls don't give even more stamina, lets say 5000 more so we could finally see some real HP p2p's in our bracket.

Also it's a shame that all p2p enchants scale down...i mean it's pathetic , moar stats for p2p's !!! - because lets face it....they are weak as it is already.....
