If it helps, where I got my 2 swiftness pot recipes in my panda warrior was around the oasis areas in Northern Barrens

RFC is hands down the best farming spot. If you look at the drop rates on wowhead, they're the most consistent in RFC. Plus RFC is easily solo-able on every F2P class.

I suggest deadmines because the 2 chests have a good chance of dropping swiftness. Rfc only has mobs, and no chests.

Agreed, RFC is way to overrated. Wowhead intel is like GM intel, you can't trust it.
