Saturday Summer Wargames #2 Ally v. Horde

Well, I guess you have developed your own meta, I guess that's why I wasn't very effective. I couldn't really figure out what the people one my team were trying to achieve, as it was so contrary to what I'm used to. So maybe I'll have to talk a little more about strat next time.

However, it still seems to me like the guardian is just cat bait.

19 meta is formed thru every team using the most effective comps even if it results in the gameplay requiring less skill to put it into use. However these f2p meta are formed around these much more friendly games that and conditions can be implemented to make the games more interesting rather than trying to gain an advantage thru comp vs the enemy team. Rdruid at 19 has a similar role to what was used durring the last weeks game.

Our guardian did not have much problem at all except when u correctly trapped him or cut off his path very well while maintaining mid. We did something similar for most of the game with how we positioned in mid and how attentive certain dps and heals were, as well as how our fc commuticated with us and we to him. I believe that if a team plays well they should be rewarded accordingly, a rdruid really diminishes correct play by enemy players to trap a fc and how fast the fcs team has to respond and know how to react.

This is not necessarily true.19s have established rules for competitive play, such as no ferals, 2 max per class, limits on stealth. limits on warriors, etc. You, of course, cannot enforce these rules in pugs of course, but most all wargames go by the same rules.

It's cool you guys have your own thing. I just very much dislike druid's cat dps atm. I'd much rather see a resto in FC gear than one in int gear, one shotting people, 19s rules pretty much prevent this, as the resto will have the flag, and your other druid will be a balance (who of course goes cat sometimes, but mainly is casting to maintain dps). But to each his own. It's not like I've really seen much of what your games are like. It's just I was thrown for a loop when I came in as a resto and was expected to dps.
