It will probably take a month before PvP get to the level it had.. It's gonna be great
If the servers start from zero, I mean players with level 1 skills and 3 combat, it's gonna take waaaay longer than a month to start seeing people with +90 skills

Some people will be 90+ in less than a month. I truely believe that.
And you don't have to be 90+ to go PK?

You said in a month PvP will be in the level it was... You mean in 1 month there will be a new Maikkel Pro with 90-99-75, 94 mage, 52 prayer etc? Pking @ greens in 30mil gear? I hardly think so xD but yeah ofc the classic range 2h pures will be at edge. But in 1 month, rune shit will still be costy as fuck. I mean, there will be no rune around in first month because one does not simply level 99 mining + smithing in a month starting from 0gp and 1 stats

haha classic Mining + Bs. took me about 2 months to get 90 mining, thats not even halfway to 99 :/

Clan capes and the clan camp thing came out like at least 1 or 2 years before CC. But wildy capes are there, cant remember the name but something like team 24-cape, team 10-cape etc, those were around at 2007 I think.

Team Capes were realised in 2005. But I vote for some kind of outfit because it's smexier.
