I've seen a few people with this weapon and dunno how to get it. Seems rlly good, is the heal as good as it looks?

The heal is only really good on a Pali. Heal isn’t as good for other classes.
U get it from Stratholme but u have to walk into the dungeon, can’t queue for it.
Really hard battle just before the final boss so good if u can find some friends to do it with.
Still a decent weapon.

You can try pulling the mobs as prot, prot pally is pretty damn hard to kill even with trash ilvl artifact and no crusader (crusader recommended tho)
Pick blessed hammer for ez holy power generation and do what you want with it (spam shield to aoe them down faster or WoG if you are low hp)

Beware though, the first banshee boss WILL possess you and every time she does that, if you are solo it resets the boss.

You should be able to, the only 1 that will be tricky is the Banshee boss who mind controls.
It’s easy on a Hunter or other pet class, but not sure what u would have to do on a Pali.
Ramenstien also hits like a truck, so need to try and avoid some damage.
Other than that, u should be ok with the rest.

Edit: Actually, I just went to try on my DK, and couldn't get past the Banshee boss. Once she mind controls, even with DK pet out, when she re-appears, she's back to full. Fairly certain I was able to do it on a Hunter in the past, has something changed with this boss?

yeah i have no idea how to kill the banshee boss she just resets the fight too fast. i don't think i can kill her quick enough is there any way for me to kill her?
 
this is working so far but very hard to keep my hp below 50%

Were you ret? You can try to solo him on prot
 
Ram is just a stat check, if you cant get past him try grabbing some buffs. The pre-legion stuff is super easy to grab and seems pretty impactful. its like vers food and armor buff there is a heal over time buff but idk if that one works? Eng belt for a 1 min cd 400 heal might help as well.
 
Great for paladins, meh for warrior and death knight, but a okay choice if you are running titan grip warrior as off hand ( for what ever reason ) .

It's actually tied with Crow Axe (w/ 3 strength gems) in terms of damage and gives 10% movement speed + heals for ~40. Pretty nuts.
