annyway the idea wasn't bad, say for a total new player who want a rogue, but as other said, take the advices into conssiderence, much of the talk is now what would be best .. the hit before dodge and stuff.

Conrose said:The problem is that the advice isn't all bad if you were playing during Classic or BC when Rogues had insane dodge gains from Agility along with Druids. However, starting some time during BC, 19's lost 5% dodge from talents, then Blizz decided on the DR for Avoidance... and then the more recent dodge nerfs that shot from 80 down to 1.
So alot of agility's value vs Fiery has been lost. Damage Wise, Fiery is strictly better than 15 agility which accounts for 2-3 damage per sinister strike and white swings with 2.6 speed weapons, halved for offhand white hits, and 2.5 bonus damage on a 5 point eviscerate... you're looking at a total of 15 attacks to make up for the 40 damage from a fiery proc. At 2.6 Speed, just to make 10 white attacks, it would take 13 seconds to white attack 10 times at 2.6 speed. Fiery is set at 6 procs a minute, or an average of once every 10 seconds.
When you start to take into mind the fact that targets are quite mobile and that rogues lack any stuns or snares at this low a level, the value of Agility Enchant drops dramatically in the Damage department.
Bluntforce said:Yes but the agility is not strictly for damage, it also account for crit, and a good crit will hit for more then a noncrit with a fiery proc. You also get dodge, which is still a useful stat, nerfs and all.
